Can I Make A Return or Exchange?

All sales are final. Once an order has been confirmed, it is processed automatically and cannot be modified/canceled. 

If you wish to swap an item you've purchased for a different size or you received an item that is incorrect, damaged or mislabeled you may exchange it free within 7 days of the product being delivered. All returned items must be in new, unworn condition. Returned items received in any other condition will be sent back at your expense unless otherwise agreed upon. 

 

When Will My Order Arrive?

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and verification, and an additional 3-5 (USPS Priority Mail) or 5-7( USPS First Class Mail) business days for delivery as we ship everything according to your selection. Although an estimate delivery time is given to you at time of purchase, Orders may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and additional emails once your order has been shipped and delivered.

Resent Official is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please be aware that all shipping outside of the United States may be subject to Customs Fee’s at the Receivers Expense. 

All customers agree to pay in full for all items before shipment is received.
